About Janine

Janine VanderWhitte is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Wisconsin, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Washington and a professional member of the American Counseling Association (ACA).  (Note: LPC and LMHC are equivalent licenses.)

Janine has been working with individuals and couples since 1998.  In conjunction with her successful counseling practice, Janine has worked in the corporate setting as a Change Management Consultant and Corporate Communications Specialist.  Combining her talents, Janine has provided retreats and workshops on Communication, Wellness, and Navigating Change for work groups in educational settings, corporate settings and non-profit community-based groups.

This past year, Janine and her family moved to Madison, WI where she is now building a local practice and maintaining 40% of her Seattle-based clients by conducting her counseling sessions via Skype.
